Arturo San Agustín (Barcelona, 1947) works in journalism and advertising. As an interviewer, columnist, chronicler and special envoy he has worked for El Periódico de Catalunya, El Mundo and currently La Vanguardia. He has won the City of Barcelona Prize for Journalism, was a finalist in the Antonio Machado Prize for narrative and won the Plaza Mayor Prize for poetry. He worked for fourteen years as a creative director at several prominent Spanish advertising agencies during which two of his campaigns won awards at the Advertising Cinema Awards in Cannes. He is the author of four documentaries and a dozen books, including Sapore di sale.
