Risto Mejide (Barcelona, 1974) is a creative advertising director who became famous when he appeared on the jury of the television program Operación Triunfo, where his harsh criticism helped to achieve 50% ratings. He still regularly appears on television and radio. He has an MBA from ESADE, a centre where he would later become a professor of creativity for 8 years. He has worked as a creative at major advertising agencies such as Bassat, Oglivy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi, before founding his own agency, Aftershare.
