The best recipes to have children.
Nowadays many couples have problems conceiving. It’s possible––even probable––that industrialization has provoked this societal ill.
In my long years of investigation, I have confirmed that the human body, which I consider a perfect machine, manifests its surroundings and everything that has happened to it as well as its genetic background. How we live and what we eat are registered in our body like a large book of notes inherited from our ancestors. And yet, climatic conditions and our current diet have a generally negative effect on our cells, our organs, and our movements and thoughts, not to mention our fertility.
That is why it is so important to take care of our diet and our habits, which will largely determine our genetic capacity to reproduce.
Each day, cells are renewed in our body; every twenty-eight days, much of our body is replaced, and the material we offer to rebuild each cell determines the conditions of our general health.
We are giving our body false information with many of the products we eat, which are manipulated or adulterated with colorings, preservatives, pesticides, and fertilizers, not to mention environmental pollutants. All this has negative consequences: we suffer from illnesses and symptoms, and if we add stress to this, matters become even worse. But it’s never too late. There’s a way to change everything.
Starting with a healthy, fertile diet not only helps us with our goal of becoming parents, but also improves our health and represents an investment in the health of our future babies. That is why it is so important to pay attention to what we eat, what we breath, and what we are. Our foods determine how we think, how much we can give of ourselves, and how we are. An intelligent diet will determine what we want to do. If we want to train, we need to eat a special diet. The same is true if we want to study or think of be parents.
"I am excited to share with you all a lifestyle and a way of eating that will help you reach your goal, that great goal that means so much to me: being parents."
