Olalla Otero

Olalla Otero has a PhD in Biology from the Universidad de Vigo and two Master’s Degrees: one in Innovation in Food Safety and Technology and another in Methodology and Applications in Life Sciences. She has collaborated in the publication of several scientific articles and has given multiple interviews to make better known the importance of having a balanced microbiota and the effect of probiotics on health.
