university where she is studying. As she falls, a man grabs her and both fall onto the street. She realizes that her ‘savior’ has slipped a gun into her pocket before making his getaway.
A police officer arrives to make sure that she is fine. She has hurt her leg, but she prefers to resume her walk to the university to keep the cop from discovering the gun.
The sensation of having the weapon makes.
Manuela remember her brother José Antonio, an expert in arms and killed a few years ago in a fight. Her brother taught her marksmanship but even so, she has preferred to steer clear of weapons.
