“What if instead of just talking about happiness we did everything we can to be happy?” Curro, the protagonist of this story, asks himself. He is a young journalist suffering from an emotional crisis who decides to take a break for his birthday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, to write his first novel. But the last thing he expects is for this summer to be a watershed in his life, and for him to be surrounded by people who used to be strangers, having incredible adventures that will change him forever.
He will rediscover his brother, who died fifteen years before, on finding some poetry written by him in his suitcase and this sets him on a path full of remarkable coincidences on which the fear that had hobbled him will give way to courage that helps him to truly live his life for the first time.
