We live in world racked by social unrest; people are worried about the loss of their rights and feel an urge to change things. All this energy is not finding the right channels through which to focus on concrete actions and changes. An Emergency Course in Politics for Decent People is a tool for action that suggests practical tasks; everyday ways of channelling indignation and social unrest in the local sphere. We must connect with others to move on from confusion and fear towards building what now seems unimaginable, dedicating some of our effort to setting out common paths, imagining the impossible and communicating with others to make it a reality. A course in politics is urgently needed if we are to achieve a decent life for everyone.
